This three hour course is designed to provide updated information about relevant Board level, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court decision that effect Workers' Compensation Law for approximately the two years prior to 2011. It should be takes only by those who have not kept up with case law literature.

Our 2014 Case Law Update course is more appropriate for those who are reasonably current.
